Along the safety and beauty of the Leeds Liverpool Canal towpath from Rodley to Victoria Park in Keighley. Dust off your bike or get out your walking/ running shoes and burn some calories?

Time:
Walkers & very slow cyclists set off at 9:30am
Everyone else set off at 10:30am
The thinking behind this is to get everyone to finish closer together for a FREE barbecue.

HOT NEWS
*Coach Transfer:
To make it easier this year we are organising a coach transfer from Victoria Park at 8:30am SHARP for the walkers to leave first at Rodley. Then 9:30am for the runners and cyclists.
So park your car at the finish and get transferred to the start.

Consists of medal, chocolate, banana, water, sweets and other various items.

*Every entrant that completes the 13 miles will go into a prize draw into the a prize draw for a Gas Barbecue. Note: To qualify for the free BBQ draw, you need to be at the finish line no later than 1:30pm when the draw takes place PLUS must have raised a minimum of £25 for charity to be handed to us on the day the draw.

What's the event for?:
This event is for pleasure, for everyone to appreciate our beautiful canal towpath. It's also for friendship.. IT IS NOT A RACE, Do it with family or friends and have a great day out. But it's also to raise money for Cancer Research UK

Raising sponsorship money:
Remember this is a FUN event and the aim is to enjoy your self first. Raising money for Cancer Research UK should not be a chore and some people will raise more money than others. 
Kindly hand your sponsorship to us on the day.

Important notes:
There are no officials or marshals along the course.
You will need to bring your own water / drinks for hydration during the event
This year we are providing timing. This will be gun time only.
